These beans from Vietnam naturally have caramel tasting notes so we felt it was fitting to pair them with vanilla and Himalayan Pink Salt. We left the salt whole, giving it a nice crunch.
The beans are brought to us by the partnership between Mabco(Canada) and TBros(Vietnam). Tbros works directly with cacao farmers in Vietnam. TBros then ferments and dries the beans.
