We are an artisanal chocolate maker family located in Hamilton, Ontario and also happen to live on Pearl Street. We make chocolate from bean to bar.
What is bean to bar?
Bean to bar means that we control every step of the process from choosing cacao beans to making bars. We start by sourcing the highest quality organic beans. As each region has its own unique taste profile, we want to highlight what they have to offer. Then we roast to perfection. At this point our ingredients go through a stone grinding process where they become the chocolate that we all love so much.
We choose to work with transparent suppliers that have a relationship with small farms. This allows us to buy some of the best ingredients knowing that farmers are paid fairly.
